Cancellation Policy

Service Reservation Policy 1. Reservation Process: Reservations are made exclusively through user registration on our website. Once registered, you can select the desired service, as well as the date and time. To schedule your appointment, payment must be completed at the time of booking. 2. Reservation Advance Notice: Reservations can be made up to 2 hours before the requested service time. There is no limit to the number of appointments a single client can book. 3. Reservation Confirmation: Once the reservation process is complete and payment is made, you will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details. 4. Cancellation and Change Policy: You can modify your appointment up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. If you do not show up for your appointment, no refunds will be issued due to the logistical and administrative costs involved in preparing the service. 5. Available Hours: We offer appointments Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., depending on availability at the time of booking. 6. Payment Methods: We accept debit or credit card payments. Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 7. Special Terms and Conditions: If you require any additional services, they must be paid at the property, as determined by the manager on duty. If any internal or external circumstances prevent the service from being provided, you will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 8. Late Arrival Policy: A grace period of up to 10 minutes is allowed to receive the vehicle, as long as no additional services are required (such as pet hair removal, extra dirt, mud, or floor mat cleaning). If you arrive outside this time, we reserve the right to refuse service, with no refund. This policy is designed to ensure a fair and efficient process for all our customers.
